Fresh Fruit with Amaretto Cream
Prepare at least 2 hours before serving. This is particularly good with strawberries, raspberries, blueberries
and green grapes.
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Amaretto liqueur
- 2 tablespoons packed dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cups fresh fruit of your choice, diced
- In small mixing bowl combine Amaretto and brown sugar.
- Add sour
cream and mix well. Stir occasionally to dissolve brown sugar.
- To serve, spoon fruit into martini glasses.
- rizzle with sauce.
