Fresh Fruit with Amaretto Cream


Prepare at least 2 hours before serving. This is particularly good with strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and green grapes.


  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Amaretto liqueur
  • 2 tablespoons packed dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups fresh fruit of your choice, diced


  1. In small mixing bowl combine Amaretto and brown sugar.
  2. Add sour cream and mix well. Stir occasionally to dissolve brown sugar.
  3. To serve, spoon fruit into martini glasses.
  4. rizzle with sauce.

Serves 4.
