Juicy Holiday Jigglers

Also known as North Pole Nom Noms, Fruit-flavored gelatin is chilled in a shallow layer then cut into shapes with holiday cookie cutters for a fun and festive kid’s snack or dessert.

Juicy Holiday Jigglers

Yield: 2 dozen or 24 servings, one Jiggler each.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups boiling fruit juice (do not add cold juice)
  • 2 (8 serving size) boxes Jell-O Brand Gelatin, any flavor

Instructions

  1. Stir boiling juice into dry gelatin mixes in a large bowl for at least 3 minutes until completely dissolved. Pour into 13 x 9 inch pan.
  2. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until firm.
  3. Dip bottom of pan into warm water 15 seconds.
  4. Cut gelatin into 24 shapes using 2 inch holiday cookie cutters, being careful to cut all the way through gelatin to bottom of pan.
  5. Lift gelatin shapes from pan. Reserve scraps for snacking.
  6. Store in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator.

Notes

KEEP KIDS SAFE! For children under 6 years of age, cut Jigglers into small bite size pieces. Children should always be seated and supervised while eating. For more information, visit KraftKidsSafe.com.

Do not use fresh or frozen pineapple, kiwi, papaya or guava juice as enzymes in these fruits will prevent the gelatin from setting.

To Halve Recipe: Prepare as directed, using an 8 or 9inch square pan and cutting all ingredients in half. Makes 1 dozen or 12 servings, one Jiggler each.
