Whip up a jar of this cookie mix for a holiday or hostess gift. The recipient just adds butter, egg and vanilla for easy oat and chocolate chunk cookies.
Yield: 1 gift jar or about 2 1/2 dozen cookies (or 30 servings, 1 cookie each)

Super Chunk Oatmeal Cookies
Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
Beat 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) softened butter, 1 egg and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add contents of jar; stir until well blended.
Drop heaping tablespoonsful of dough, 2 inches apart, onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 12 to 13 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool on baking sheets 1 minute; remove to wire racks.
Cool completely.
Yield: about 2 1/2 dozen cookies
Special Extra: Add a layer of 1/2 cup PLANTERS Pecan Pieces, raisins or dried cranberries.
