Peppermint Candy Ice Cream Pie
Yield: one 9-inch pie
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
- 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons peppermint candy, finely crushed
- 1 pint peppermint ice cream
- 8 ounces Cool Whip, partially thawed
- Additional peppermint candy (garnish)
Instructions
- Combine crumbs and melted butter; press firmly into a 9 inch pie plate.
- Combine peppermint ice cream and whipped topping; spoon into crumb crust. Sprinkle with peppermint candy; freeze until firm.
- Garnish with peppermint candy, if desired.
