Gourmet Cranberry Rum Sauce



  • 1 (16 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/3 cup apple jelly
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 3 tablespoons dark rum


  1. Place sauce in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Break up sauce with a fork.
  2. Stir in apple jelly.
  3. Heat in microwave on HIGH for 45 seconds.
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill to thicken.
  5. Serve at room temperature.

Makes about 2 cups.
