Gourmet Cranberry Rum Sauce
- 1 (16 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1/3 cup apple jelly
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 3 tablespoons dark rum
- Place sauce in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Break up sauce
with a fork.
- Stir in apple jelly.
- Heat in microwave on HIGH for 45 seconds.
- Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill to thicken.
- Serve at room temperature.
Makes about 2 cups.
