Sour Cream 'n Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 2/3 cups instant potato flakes
  • 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

Instructions

  1. Bring water to boil in medium saucepan; remove from heat.
  2. Add milk, salt and garlic powder; stir.
  3. Add potato flakes and sour cream; mix well. Cook on medium heat until heated through.

9 servings, 1/2 cup each

Special Extra: Stir in a handful of green onion slices or OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits.

Great Substitute: Prepare as directed, using BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream.
