Chocolate Brownie Delight




Mocha Frosting


  1. Grease two 9-inch cake pans, and line with wax paper; grease wax paper. Set aside.
  2. Combine unsweetened chocolate and butter in a heavy sauce pan. Place over low heat, stir constantly until melted. Cool.
  3. Combine eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla extract. Add to chocolate mixture.
  4. Stir in flour and chips.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Cool in pans for 10 minutes.
  7. Spread frosting over layers and top.
  8. Mocha Frosting: Cook first 4 ingredients over low heat until chocolate melts.
  9. Add sugar and butter. Mix until smooth.
