Club Cracker Cookies

Ingredients

  • 42 Club Crackers
  • 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sliced almonds or pecans


Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Boil the butter and sugar together for 2 minutes, then add vanilla extract.
  3. Pour over 42 club crackers on foil-lined cookie sheet.
  4. Sprinkle nuts over all.
  5. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
  6. Remove from foil.
