No Bake Butterscotch Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 6 ounces butterscotch chips

Instructions

  1. Cook first 3 ingredients over low heat, stirring constantly, for about 5 minutes.
  2. Cool, then add the next 4 ingredients.
  3. Pour into a lightly greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
  4. Melt peanut butter and chips and spread over top for frosting.
  5. Refrigerate in warm weather.
