No Bake Butterscotch Bars
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 beaten eggs
- 3/4 cup butter
- 2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 6 ounces butterscotch chips
- Cook first 3 ingredients over low heat, stirring constantly, for about 5
- Cool, then add the next 4 ingredients.
- Pour into a lightly greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Melt peanut butter and chips and spread over top for frosting.
- Refrigerate in warm weather.
