Pineapple Zucchini Bars Ingredients
2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups zucchini, grated
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup nuts, chopped
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract Instructions
Cream eggs, sugar and vegetable oil.
Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Add remaining ingredients.
Put into two 9 x 13-inch pans or one large sheet pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-40 minutes.
Frost with cream cheese frosting or glaze, if desired.
