Thick and Chewy Orange Bars

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine crust ingredients. Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes. Set aside.
  4. For the filling, beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
  5. Blend in honey, eggs, orange zest and extracts.
  6. Combine remaining ingredients in a separate bowl.
  7. Blend the wet and dry ingredients together well.
  8. Spread over crust.
  9. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
  10. Cool before cutting.
