Toll House Pan Cookies

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup butter
• 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 egg
• 1 1/2 cups + 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 6 ounces chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Cream together butter, sugars, vanilla extract and eggs.
2. Add the flour, baking soda, and salt, and mix well.
3. Add chocolate chips.
4. Spread in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
5. Bake at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes.
