Drunken Brownies




  1. Pour bourbon immediately over hot brownies. Chill.
  2. Cream margarine and the 3 cups confectioners' sugar.
  3. Add Creme de Menthe to spreading consistency.
  4. Spread on chilled brownies. Chill.
  5. Over hot water melt 2 tablespoons margarine and unsweetened chocolate.
  6. Blend in hot water.
  7. Beat in 1 cup or more confectioners' sugar until smooth and spreadable.
  8. Spread on top of green layer. Chill.
