Georgia Pecan Brownies
Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon maple flavoring
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup fine dry bread crumbs
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Beat egg whites stiff.
- Add sugar and flavoring.
- Combine nuts, crumbs and salt
and fold into egg whites. Shape into small balls.
- Place on greased baking pan.
- Bake at 325 degrees F for about 20 minutes.
Makes 3 dozen balls.
