Mint Brownies

Ingredients

Brownie

• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1/2 cup butter
• 2 (1 ounce) squares chocolate
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup nuts

First Frosting

• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 cup confectioners' sugar
• 1 tablespoon cream
• 1 teaspoon peppermint extract

Second Frosting

• 1 (1 ounce) square chocolate
• 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

Brownie

1. Mix all ingredients, and bake in a 9 inch square pan for 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.

First Frosting

1. Mix, then frost brownies.

Second Frosting

1. Melt ingredients together in a double boiler, then drizzle over the first frosting.
