Mint Brownies
Ingredients
Brownie
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 (1 ounce) squares chocolate
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup nuts
First Frosting
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 tablespoon cream
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
Second Frosting
- 1 (1 ounce) square chocolate
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
Brownie
- Mix all ingredients, and bake in a 9 inch square pan for 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
First Frosting
- Mix, then frost brownies.
Second Frosting
- Melt ingredients together in a double boiler, then drizzle over the first frosting.
