Orange Liqueur Brownies






  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease 13 x 9-inch pan.
  2. In saucepan over low heat, melt butter and chocolate. Cool.
  3. In large bowl, beat eggs, orange liqueur and vanilla extract until thick and lemon-colored.
  4. Gradually add sugar, beating until fluffy.
  5. Add chocolate mixture; blend well.
  6. Fold in flour.
  7. Spread in prepared pan.
  8. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool.
  9. Frosting: In small bowl, beat butter until fluffy.
  10. Add remaining ingredients; beat until smooth and creamy.
  11. Spread over cooled brownies.
  12. Drizzle melted chocolate over frosting.
  13. Refrigerate until firm.
