Swedish White Brownies
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 eggs
- Pinch of salt
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup melted butter or margarine
- 2 teaspoons almond extract
- Beat sugar, eggs and salt until light.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan and sprinkle sugar on top.
- Sprinkle with slivered almonds.
- Bake at 325 degrees F for 30 minutes.
