2/3 cup butter, melted
1 pound light brown sugar
2 2/3 cups sifted flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans
In a large bowl, add sugar to butter and blend well.
Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Add flour, baking powder, salt, chocolate chips and pecans. Mix well.
Spread in a greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes.
