Frangelico Coffee Chippers

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups butter or margarine
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons baking soda
  • 1/4 cup Frangelico (hazelnut liquor)
  • 1/4 cup Tia Maria (coffee liquor)
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 6 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 pounds chocolate chips
  • 4 ounces pecans, chopped
  • 4 ounces walnuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a cookie sheet.
  2. Cream sugars, butter, baking soda, liqueurs and salt.
  3. While creaming, add eggs one at a time.
  4. Add flour, chocolate chips and nuts; mix well.
  5. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Store in an airtight container after cookies are cool.
