High Spirits Chocolate Chippers
Yield: 4 dozen
Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups butter
- 1 1/2 tablespoons baking soda
- 1/4 cup Frangelico liquor
- 1/4 cup Tia Maria
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 6 cups pastry flour
- 1 1/2 pounds chocolate chips
- 4 ounces chopped pecans
- 4 ounces chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Cream together both sugars, butter, baking soda, liqueurs and salt until light and creamy.
- Add eggs, one at a time, and blend well.
- Add pastry flour, chocolate chips and nuts; mix until well blended.
- Drop by tablespoonsful onto greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees F until light golden brown.
