Macadamia, Raspberry, White Chocolate Cookies

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugars.
  2. Add egg and beat in.
  3. Add vanilla extract and raspberry jam. Mix well.
  4. Mix together flour and baking soda.
  5. Gradually add flour mixture to batter.
  6. Stir in nuts and chips.
  7. Drop by rounded teaspoonsful onto lightly greased cookie sheets, about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees F for 8-10 minutes. Don't over-bake.
  9. Cool on racks.
