Peanut Butter Truffle Cookies

Yield: about 30 small cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 3/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Mix all ingredients except the chocolate chips.
3. Fold in chocolate chips.
4. Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
5. Bake for 9 minutes.
6. Cool and enjoy.
