Potato Chip Cookies
- 1 cup butter, softened (do not substitute)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon
- 1 1/2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup crushed potato
- Cream butter and sugar; add vanilla extract, flour and potato chips.
- Drop by
1/2 teaspoonsful onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 350 degrees
Makes 4 dozen.
