Pie Crust Cookies

  • 2 boxes pie crust mix (double crust size)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • Favorite jelly


  1. Mix pie crust mix and cream cheese together. Roll out and cut into 2-inch squares.
  2. Fill diagonally with your favorite jelly and fold alternate edges into the middle, sealing edges.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes until light brown. Do not over-bake.
