Pie Crust Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 boxes pie crust mix (double crust size)
• 8 ounces cream cheese
• Favorite jelly

Instructions

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Mix pie crust mix and cream cheese together. Roll out and cut into 2 inch squares.
3. Fill diagonally with your favorite jelly and fold alternate edges into the middle, sealing edges.
4. Bake for 10 minutes until light brown. Do not over-bake.
