Pie Crust Cookies
- 2 boxes pie crust mix (double crust size)
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- Favorite jelly
- Mix pie crust mix and cream cheese together. Roll out and cut into 2-inch
- Fill diagonally with your favorite jelly and fold alternate edges into the
middle, sealing edges.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes until light brown. Do not over-bake.
