Apricot Cheese Wafers




  1. With an electric mixer cream margarine and cream cheese. Gradually add sugar and continue beating until fluffy. By hand, stir in the flour and apricots; mix until combined.
  2. Shape the dough into four or five logs about 1-inch in diameter. Wrap each log in wax paper. Chill for three or more hours.
  3. Cut dough into 1/4-inch slices. Place an inch apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes.
  5. Cool on a wire rack.

Makes seven dozen.
