Butterfinger Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup Crisco
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 Butterfinger candy bars, chopped
Instructions
- Cream Crisco and sugar and beat in eggs.
- Sift dry ingredients and sprinkle over candy. Mix well. Stir into egg mixture.
- Roll and chill.
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Cut into thin slices.
- Bake for 12 minutes.
- Remove from pan immediately.
