- 4 egg whites
- 1 pound confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 pound pecans, ground
- 1/2 pound walnuts, ground
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or rum
- Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar and nuts. Flavor with vanilla extract
or rum. Form into 3/4-inch diameter rolls.
