Pink Raspberry Coconut Puffs

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup egg whites
  • 1 (3 ounce) box raspberry gelatin
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 can Angel Flake coconut

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 300 degrees F.
  2. Beat egg whites until frothy.
  3. Mix sugar and gelatin and slowly add to whites and beat until stiff.
  4. Slowly add coconut.
  5. Drop by teaspoonsful onto an ungreased cookie sheet, and bake for about 25 minutes.
