Apricot Brandy Balls
Ingredients
- 2 cups butter or margarine
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups apricots,
chopped
- 2 teaspoons apricot brandy
- 4 1/2 cups flour
- Confectioners'
sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar; add apricots and apricot brandy. Add flour, a small amount
at a time. Roll into balls.
- Bake at 300 degrees F for 30 minutes; roll in confectioners'
sugar while hot.
