Cat Poop Cookies

These are great to bring to a kids birthday party.

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup honey
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 2/3 cup butter
• 1/3 cup cocoa (may want to use 1/2 cup)
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• Grape Nuts Cereal

Instructions

1. Microwave honey on HIGH until bubbly (about 1 minute). Add butter. Mix. Add egg and mix well.
2. Mix all other ingredients, except cereal.
3. Chill for 1 hour in freezer or several hours in fridge.
4. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
5. Roll dough into assorted shapes of cat poop. Roll in cereal.
6. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
7. Serve in new litter box on a bed of Grape Nuts. Use a new litter scoop to remove.

Gingerbread Cat Poop Cookies

• 1/4 cup honey
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup molasses
• 2 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
• 2/3 cup butter
• 1/2 teaspoon each ginger and cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon cloves

1. Follow chocolate directions, except when you add molasses to bubbling honey instead of butter.
