Dessert Cookies


  • 1/2 pound cottage cheese
  • 1/2 pound butter or margarine
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • Jam


  1. Blend cottage cheese and butter; stir in flour.
  2. Chill for 24 hours.
  3. Roll out dough to thickness of pie crust. Cut into circles about 2 1/2-inches in diameter. Place 1/2 teaspoon jam in center of each circle. Fold over edges and seal.
  4. Chill for 24 hours.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes or until brown.
