Miracle Cookies

Yield: 4 dozen

Ingredients

• 1 cup peanut butter
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Combine peanut butter and sugar. Mix well. Stir in egg and vanilla extract.
2. Roll dough into 3/4 inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten with floured fork.
3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 7 minutes.
4. Allow to cool before removing from cookie sheet.
