Peanut Butteroos


  • 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup Marshmallow Creme
  • Cinnamon


  1. Beat sugar and peanut butter with mixer until smooth.
  2. Fold in Marshmallow Creme.
  3. Shape in 1-inch balls.
  4. Bake 2 inches apart on foil-lined cookie sheets at 375 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes.
  5. Cool on sheets for 1 minute, then remove to racks.
  6. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Yield: about 32 cookies
