Peanut Butteroos

Yield: about 32 cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup Marshmallow Creme
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Line cookie sheets with aluminum foil.
  2. Beat sugar and peanut butter with mixer until smooth.
  3. Fold in Marshmallow Creme.
  4. Shape into 1 inch balls.
  5. Bake 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheets for 8 to 10 minutes.
  6. Cool on cookie sheets for 1 minute, then remove to racks.
  7. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
