Pie Crust Peanut Butter Cookies


  • 1 (9 ounce) package pie crust mix
  • 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons water


  1. Cut peanut butter, brown sugar and water into the pie crust mix.
  2. Place dough by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet, 2 inches apart. Flatten with a fork.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees F for 8-10 minutes.
