Chinese Noodle Cookies

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces butterscotch morsels
  • 12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
  • 16 ounces dry roasted nuts
  • 5 ounces Chinese noodles

Instructions

  1. Melt butterscotch morsels and chocolate chips together.
  2. Mix in remaining ingredients.
  3. Drop by spoonsful onto a wax paper-lined cookie sheet.
  4. Refrigerate until very firm.

You may add 1 cup miniature marshmallows, if desired.
