Butterscotch Shortbread



  • 1 cup butter
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • Dash of salt
  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour


  1. Mix butter, sugar and salt together until soft. Add flours; roll into balls and flatten with spoon. Prick with fork.
  2. Bake at 325 degrees F for about 12 minutes.
