Cowboy Gravy

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons self-rising flour
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Brown beef and onions; drain off excess fat.
  2. Add flour; brown slightly.
  3. Add water and simmer for 10 minutes.

Good over steamed rice or toast.
