Cowboy Stew



  1. Brown ground beef, add onion, celery, green onion, chile peppers and sauté until tender.
  2. Add remaining ingredients. Increase heat to boiling point stirring frequently.
  3. Reduce heat cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve over cooked rice with hot rolls or garlic bread.

Yield: 8 servings
