Outlaw Dinner



  • 1 1/2 pounds stew beef cubes
  • 1 1/2 pounds pork cubes
  • 2 cups chopped onions
  • 3 small green bell peppers, chopped
  • 6 ounces tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce


  1. Mix all together in a slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on HIGH for 8 hours.
  3. Shred with a wire whisk, and serve potatoes, rice or pasta.
