Trail Drivers Goulash
Yield: 12 servings
Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 2 soup cans water
- 2 cans red beans, drained
- 1 (10 ounce) package spaghetti, cooked
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 cups grated cheese
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Brown ground beef lightly in oil; add onion and celery and cook until onion is yellow and celery is soft.
- Add tomato soup; rinse cans and add water.
- Add beans, spaghetti and seasonings; put into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
- Bake until hot and bubbly.
- Grated cheese may be put on top the last 15 minutes of baking.
