Cider Mill Ham
1 (1 to 1 1/2 pound) canned ham
1 cup apple juice
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
Slice ham into 4 slices and place in crockette.
Combine apple juice, brown sugar and mustard. Pour over ham slices.
Cover and cook for 7 to 10 hours.
