Cider Mill Ham
- 1 (1 to 1 1/2 pound) canned ham
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- Slice ham into 4 slices and place in crockette.
- Combine apple juice, brown sugar and mustard. Pour over ham
- Cover and cook for 7 to 10 hours.
