Cider Mill Ham


  • 1 (1 to 1 1/2 pound) canned ham
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard


  1. Slice ham into 4 slices and place in crockette.
  2. Combine apple juice, brown sugar and mustard. Pour over ham slices.
  3. Cover and cook for 7 to 10 hours.
