Hot Cheesy Crab Dip
- 1 (10 ounce) package sharp cheddar cheese
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 (7 1/2 ounce) can crab meat, flaked
- 1/3 cup milk
- Cut cheeses into small pieces. Combine cheeses and milk in greased
- Cover and cook until cheese is melted, 1 to 2 hours.
- Add wine and crab meat. Cover and cook one hour.
- Serve with wheat crackers.
