Hot Cheesy Crab Dip
1 (10 ounce) package sharp cheddar cheese
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 (7 1/2 ounce) can crab meat, flaked
1/3 cup milk
Cut cheeses into small pieces. Combine cheeses and milk in greased crockette.
Cover and cook until cheese is melted, 1 to 2 hours.
Add wine and crab meat. Cover and cook one hour.
Serve with wheat crackers.
