Pepper Steak



  • 1 onion thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 pounds beef roast, sliced against the grain
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced


  1. Put the vegetables in the crockette. Add the meat and the seasonings.
  2. Cover and cook for 8 to 10 hours.
