Scalloped Potatoes and Ham




  1. Toss potatoes in cream of tartar and water. Drain.
  2. Layer half the potatoes, onion slices, ham and cheese in crockette.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Repeat with remaining half.
  5. Mix milk with flour and pour over all.
  6. Cover and cook for 8 to 12 hours.
