Vegetable Beef Soup



  • 1 pound beef shanks
  • 1 (14 ounce) can tomatoes
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 stalk celery, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • Water


  1. Place all ingredients in crockette.
  2. Add water to barely cover.
  3. Stir thoroughly.
  4. Cover and cook for 10 to 16 hours.
