Hot Artichoke Dip




  1. Cut artichoke hearts into small pieces.
  2. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, water chestnuts, cheese, and scallions.
  3. Pour into slow cooker. Cover.
  4. Cook on HIGH for 1-2 hours or on LOW for 3-4 hours.
  5. Serve with crackers or crusty French bread (not included in nutritional data).
