Whiskey Sausage



  • 5 pounds sausage, sliced into 2-inch pieces
  • 2 cups packed brown sugar
  • 2 cups ketchup
  • 4 ounces whiskey


  1. Mix sugar, ketchup and whiskey.
  2. In a slow cooker, layer sausage, then sauce, and keep repeating, ending with sauce.
  3. Cook on LOW overnight.
