Beef Stroganoff with Cream Cheese
This delicious Beef Stroganoff is made with cream cheese instead of sour cream.
Ingredients
- 2 cans condensed Golden Mushroom Soup
- 1 can button mushrooms, drained (optional)
- 1 large onion, diced
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- Couple dashes hot paprika
- 2 pounds cubed stew meat
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
Instructions
- In the slow cooker stir in all the ingredients together (except the meat and the cream cheese). When combined, add the meat and mix together.
- Cook on LOW for 8 hours.
- Cut the cream cheese into cubes just before serving and turn slow cooker on HIGH. Stir until all ingredients are well combined. Put the lid on the slow cooker and cook for 10 minutes.
