Ground Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 or 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small jar sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups beef bouillon
  • 1 small can tomato paste

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef. Sauté onion and garlic. Add all ingredients to slow cooker and stir.
  2. Cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours.
  3. Turn to HIGH and add 1 cup sour cream mixed with 4 tablespoons flour.
  4. Cook for 15 minutes. If too thick, add more beef bouillon or water.
  5. Serve over egg noodles.
