Ground Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 or 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small jar sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 cups beef bouillon
- 1 small can tomato paste
Instructions
- Brown ground beef. Sauté onion and garlic. Add all ingredients to slow cooker and stir.
- Cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours.
- Turn to HIGH and add 1 cup sour cream mixed with 4 tablespoons flour.
- Cook for 15 minutes. If too thick, add more beef bouillon or water.
- Serve over egg noodles.
