Ingredients

  • 1 pound extra lean ground beef
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon onion flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Shape into a loaf.
  3. Place on rack in slow cooker.
  4. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.
